• Hicicrois went to Sparta for help so that he could take over Athens ; his own people
• he won and rules at the acropolips
• he was a dictater withe the most powerful people in Greece
• there was a civil war

• the people took there destiny in there own hands  and fought agents Hicicrois
• he held out on the acropols for 2 days on the 3 he was forsed to surender
